The International Management Institute ( IMI ), a name synonymous with breeding and nurturing global leaders, organised its 30th Annual convocation recently. The IMI is ranked 6th amongst the B-schools in India. IMI has a strong academic and research affiliation with over 21 International Universities and Institutes. Under the leadership of Dr Pritam Singh and the pillar support of an unparalleled faculty body, IMI has been living up to its vision of “Shaping global leaders for tomorrow” each day since its inception.
Dr. Pritam Singh, Director General, International Management Institute, said on the occasion, “ IMI has world class infrastructure and can be considered as one of the best campuses in the country. It is rapidly growing: in the last 3 years we have created 2 campuses, one at IMI-Kolkata and one at IMI-Bhubaneswar. Today IMI is considered as the place where many board level and director level workshops are held. IMI has become truly an international institution where 164 participants have participated from 69 countries. Today it has evolved truly as a holistic school vigorously engaged in creation, dissemination and application of knowledge. I can say with tremendous sense of pride that our students can be compared in terms of quality even with leading global schools. The very fact that IMI got the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and is striving towards the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB), along with Self Assessment Questionnaires (SAQs), is another step forward.”
