Ajay Devgn says he wants no two big banner movies to be pitted against each other to ensure that nobody in the industry suffers.
After the long-drawn battle over the allotment of screens between his ‘Son of Sardaar’ and ‘Jab Tak Hai Jaan’, gossip mills are abuzz that his upcoming Rohit Shetty film ‘Singham 2’ is likely to hit screens next year on Independence Day along with Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gabbar’.”We are thinking about it (release on Independence Day). Let’s see what happens as we are yet to begin shooting. I would like to clarify that there is no clash with anyone of us,” Ajay said. Devgn says he wants no two big banner movies to be pitted against each other to ensure that nobody in suffers.
Asked if he is ensuring that his film does not release with another big project next time, Ajay said, “I would want no two films to get released together so that nobody suffers as this is one industry. But if you have to clash then you have to go all out like I did with ‘Son of Sardaar’ and came out victorious.”
