Shahid Kapoor has rubbished rumours that he has opted out of Tigmanshu Dhulia’s ‘Milan Talkies’. The actor said the film has been offered to him but he has not signed on the dotted line yet. The Ekta Kapoor-produced film has been the talk of the tinsel town for a while because of speculation regarding its lead actor. According to grapevine, the film was earlier supposed to star Imran Khan but later Shahid’s name cropped up due to the alleged differences between Imran and Ekta over the marketing of ‘Once Upon Ay Time In Mumbai Dobaara!’. And then the rift widened so much that Imran was replaced by Shahid. Now, there are reports that Shahid too declined the film. However, the 32-year-old actor set the record straight and said, “I have never said I am doing this film. So when I have not said yes to the project where does the question of me saying no come from. “I have been offered the film but I am yet to decide as there is a process like narration and all. Whenever I sign the film we will make a formal announcement,” Shahid told reporters at an event.
